RULES

1. Use only LATIN letters, or numbers to spell RUSSIAN words.
2. Use no more than NINE letters/spaces - including blank space and/or hyphen.

ANY STATE U.S.A. PLATES - Plates that spell words with no extra meaning.

EXTRA CREDIT: If your Russian word and U.S. state name or county name combine in a clever way, you may get as many as three pluses (+++) added to your grade.

PRIZES

FAME: Your plate will be reviewed and graded by an International Panel of Expert Mechanics.

IMMORTALITY: If accepted, your PLATE and your NAME will become an eternal part of this website!
